Qualifications

Hold a valid Florida Cosmetology or Barber license
Maintain active professional liability insurance
Have their own tools, supplies, and preferred professional products
Operate as an independent business, responsible for all personal taxes and recordkeeping
Maintain a professional presentation consistent with the salon’s shared environment and client experience
Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
