Terms & Conditions of Service MaryLuz Hair Salon

These Terms & Conditions apply to services at MaryLuz Hair Salon.

Age Requirement

• You must be 18 or older to book or consent to services.

• Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian book and sign consent before services begin.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if age requirements are not met.

Bookings

• Appointments are managed via Fresha. Booking means you also accept Fresha’s Terms of Service.

• Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 5 minutes past your appointment may be skipped. Late arrivals may shorten your service.
  
  

Cancellations & Deposits

• Some services may require a deposit.

Payments

• We accept major credit/debit cards and payment methods.

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to suspend our rewards program at anytime without reason.
  
  

Satisfaction & Redo Policy

If you are unhappy with your service, contact us within 7 days. We’ll review and, if reasonable, offer a correction.

Client Responsibility

Please inform us of allergies, medical conditions, or prior chemical treatments. We are not liable for reactions or damage if this information is withheld.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and promos follow the terms stated at purchase and are not redeemable for cash.

Liability

MaryLuz is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services, except as required by law.
